Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high‑volume periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows will be shown during checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight or size of your order. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically.

Multiple Shipments

Some items in your order may ship separately. This can happen when products are fulfilled from different locations or require different processing times. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
